i like to slice up cooked chicken breast and wrap it in either whole wheat or Ezekiel tortilla. You can either eat warm or cold. Fast and easy meal in a pinch

Don't laugh at this, but what is Ezekiel bread and tortillas. Like I said I live in a small town, and wal mart is our only big grocery store. Ours doesn't even have a bakery haha. If I didn't work every single day of my freakin' life, haha, I would go to memphis and shop at whole foods. Just can't get there with this work sched. I've been on the same meal rotation for about 3 months, and there's only so many ways to cook chicken ha. Maybe there is a place to order other proteins from online such as wild game or bison. Or even that Ezekiel bread . I get different fish varieties from the schawn truck every other thurs, but that's about it.

ezekiel bread is all sprouted grains instead of real bread. You should be able to get it at whole foods and as far as the chicken goes start trying different seasonings to spice it up. I use kickin chicken by weber. My favorite seasoning for chicken. Put it on the chicken before it's on the BBQ

you can buy cans of cooked chicken ready to eat at Costco, and it is less expensive than Tuna on a per pound basis. And it is pretty tasty. I get tired of tuna, so the chicken is a welcome change of pace.
