Just what i was going to say euro lol. gh is run for 6 months min to see any results. And a ifbb gave you this advice

I also was unsure about the arimidex, and didn't take it every day or as recommended, went down to .5mg eod.

I've been on growth for over a year, he didn't know that and informed me growth is a long term commitment.
