I do Crossfit 3-5 times a week and lift 3-5 times. It's definitely beneficial, but stay away from big amounts of Tren as it really hurts your breathing. Test, Winstrol, Anavar, Deca, are all ok, but Winstrol does make my joints hurt more. Make sure to really get loose, like even more if on cycle than not. I have some of the best times for my age group in the region and can tell you it does help, but be careful with it.

Thanks dk94 & REBORN52, I knew I would get some negative comments with this post. I started with just maintenance dose of test-e, then added tren. I am 43 and have worked up to some of the best times in my box. Just finished an 8 week cycle of test prop, tren. ace., and eq. I thought this was a great mix but think 6 weeks would have been a good time frame for me. Did my first competition in week 7, with great results. Have 4 more competitions between now (next in 5 weeks) and september and wondering how to space out cycles?

Well to safely space out cycles you need to take a break equal to your time on plus pct. By the sounds of your contest schedule it doesnt sound possible to take a safe break from a cycle and still be on gear for a competition. Maybe you could run a 20 week cycle and do a very aggressive 6-8 week pct.
