I figured squats would stress your shoulder too much, guess not. I have a minor rotator cuff issue and they bother me a little, but if you can do all the above then yes I do believe they will grow significantly, genetics aside, and you will probably keep majority upper body size and strength bc of the gear's anabolic and anti-catabolic properties. But you might be playing catchup with your upper body after this one
I wouldn't do a full blown leg workout as if you were only them once a week, bc as marcus said it probably will feel like you are overtraining and you might..... and you might walk around like your developing polio. haha

Luckily squat does not really seem annoy my shoulder. Due to years of problem with my shoulders, my legs are already a head of the game and after this they will only be further ahead. But as I said earlier, I rather be even further ahead with my lower body, because then I can focus on upper body again when that is possible and just do maintance of my legs.
"Developing polio" Haha! I have definitely had that fear more than a few times after all-out leg-training
Thanks for your input, man.
From personal experience when I was natural, I would set aside 2 weeks at a time every three months or so and just do arms and delts 3 times those weeks and it worked very well in term of balancing and evening out. My chest/back was always very overpowering compared to my arms and delts. Made them look like string beans. (They were kinda only 15.5 inches then) Sometimes, people get too concerned with losing mass on other areas by doing this but you really don't especially if those muscle groups were genetical bigger and stronger. I like to develop my physique through the mirror not the scale.
