There is no magic pill. I can tell you from the past 3 months...
Having a proper level of testosterone in your system (TrT)
Having a good diet..ie CLEAN and MACROED based on TDEE
Having a DEDICATED workout cycle. For me 5 days a week with 2 days consecutive rest.
My weight has stayed the same and I have dropped 5 points of bodyfat as of my last BodPod. How much could I drop with a cutting cycle inserted? Not a lot more at this point than I am currently achieving. Overall weight loss could happen easily with help but we will get to that AFTER my research and supplies are all in place for the WHOLE cycle.
In a nutshell in 3 months I have accomplished what he has with nothing but diet and exercise.
