Thread: What Steroid Cycle Makes This Possible?

    I have seen those results from 8 weeks of bootcamp in Orlando Florida and those guys were not in shape to start. As said above he was solid to start.

    There is no magic pill. I can tell you from the past 3 months...

    Having a proper level of testosterone in your system (TrT)
    Having a good diet..ie CLEAN and MACROED based on TDEE
    Having a DEDICATED workout cycle. For me 5 days a week with 2 days consecutive rest.

    My weight has stayed the same and I have dropped 5 points of bodyfat as of my last BodPod. How much could I drop with a cutting cycle inserted? Not a lot more at this point than I am currently achieving. Overall weight loss could happen easily with help but we will get to that AFTER my research and supplies are all in place for the WHOLE cycle.

    In a nutshell in 3 months I have accomplished what he has with nothing but diet and exercise.

    It's irrelevant what he used because it doesn't mean you will experience the same results. Some are more gifted than others so forget what someone else achieved and concentrate on what you can do.

    I've also seen remarkable gains in tissue and fat loss from low dose and I've seen shite resulting from high dose. Genetics diet and how you train are the foundations of growth

    Im a believer in IIFYM. Honestly I think the "cleanliness" of ones diet is fairly overrated to a degree. However in order to fit your macros a certain level of clean foods are needed because you wont be meeting your macros on big macs. Point is, you can have a big mac for lunch and still get all your necessary macros and see the same results. Obviously there are other health concerns with eating dirty food like that, but in terms of bulking and cutting, it doesnt make a difference and makes dieiting less miserable when you arent eating dry chicken breast and broccoli every meal
