My first cycle I did 500mg test E weekly. My second cycle I used 250mg weekly and actually had better gains simply because my diet was better. I've run 4cycles since then with doses from 250-300mg. I'm finally up to taking 500mg on cycles now.
Honestly, I don't feel that the results are twice as good going from 250 to 500.
