Out of Breath

Is there something related to trt that could cause me to be short of breath?

Not having a heart attack or anything just seem to get winded easily. Veins in head (head is shaved) and neck seem more vascular as well. BP was normal at last check up and symptoms were present a well.

I don't do cardio but in the best shape of my life
