    Need Some Help

    Hey Folks.

    Took sus 250 this morning for the first time and (because of routine) took a FB afterwards.

    Hit the gym this morning (430am), got back and took the sus and the FB after (6am). Afterwards I started feeling jittery/antsy. I hit the gym for a second time around 130pm. Since then the jitters have gone down some but it's still there. Worst part is now I can't sleep to save my life.

    Now I've taken this particular FB with other otc supps before and never had an issue.

    Is this common after the first time, or did I really f-up?

    Any help would be great.

    What are your goals? I would say cut out the fat burner. You dont want any added stress on your liver or kidneys. It may contain ephedra, that can be hard on your heart

    Is this your first cycle? I agree......cut out the fat burner and see how your body responds to the test.

    My goals are drop some lbs/lean out, and get hard muscle. Oddly enough I've used fb's before, and have used this one and never felt anything... until yesterday morning.

    I assumed as much but since I never felt such a high level of jitteriness the way I did it really kind of freaked me out. But I'm going to drop the FB out.

    Are any of you talking other stuff while on test?

    Did you have any other forms of caffeine with it? Coffee, soda or ? I know when I take my vyvance if I drink coffee with it I feel a big difference.

    I've never done coffee, and I cut out sodas a few weeks ago prior to starting. I'm trying to really lean out and drop some of this excess "beef" I've got.

    Could be a lot of things. Sometimes I have used the exact same FBs and the sides have varied.... All part of it.

    I use to be a big fan FBs before I got my diet down. I noticed that there was a positive correlation between jitters and the amount of food in my stomach. Even if taken in the morning with food, if I miss a meal later in the day and let my stomach empty I would get the jitters. After I eat they would go away.

    It varies depending on my cycle but some of the basics are:
    - NAC (for liver)
    - citruline & arginine for blood pressure
    - Cholestoff & resveratrol for cholesterol
    - krill oil & MSM for inflammation & joint health

    The big concerns when running steroids are cholesterol and blood pressure. Anabolic substances effect these cardiac factors.

    DHEA, Pregenolone,Zinc with Copper, krill oil and Aspirin are a must on TRT - IMHO
    You can get them pretty cheap on amazon

    You don't take a statin? My doc said I dont "need it" like most pts but wants my Cholesterol as low as possible.

    No and I rarely write scripts for it unless someone's cholesterol is dangerously high and lifestyle factors (age, obesity) and family Hx are additive risks.

    Lol simple bro, fat burner caffeine. Drop it don't waste ur money on that shit, save it for juice train harder/longer and lower your calories if you want to lean down. Just carb up for energy and use some b12.

    ECA stacks IMO suck. They mess me up the first time I tried them so they went into the garbage. Now Clen / T3 works well for me. Start low and go up from there. Lots of info on Clen and T3 on here so just do a search.

    That's all good. You have to remember there is really no regulation on how most of these supplements are made so even the same package could be a mix or 2 or 3 batches depending on the capping process and could have a different ratio of the main ingredient from some of the others.

    Even generic RX I get stuff that I can tell is either stronger or a lot weaker from one pill to the next and they are supposedly monitored so I can only imagine how much OTC supplements might vary.

    Even things such as what you eat at the time or an empty stomach can effect how quickly it gets into your system. Did you know there is a warning on cholesterol medication to NOT take it with grapefruit juice? It can make it absorb to quickly and cause problems, poison you.

    Yes, your basic schedule of compounds your taking, including your pct. Include your dosage

    I'm taking Sustanon 250 1ml every 5 days. 5 10mg tabs of Winstrol per day. 2 25mg tabs of Proviron per day. I actually split a 3 month supply with a friend of mine because I wasn't certain if I would like it or stay on it.

    Is that what you meant? If so, does that sound about right to you and do you have any other suggestions?

    I'm really fearful about heart and liver issues. The person that put me onto this suggested something called Animal Pak. Is that something that you would recommend?

    Winny is very toxic to the liver, i would recommend a good liver support. At a minimum some over the counter milk thistle or this UDCA from Ar-r Ursodeoxycholic acid Its also advised to run HCG on cycle to simulate Lh production, keeps your testicles from atrophying and greatly improves recovery when you pct. Im not sure if the proviron would be sufficient for estro control, i have never run it, some more experiences members could better advise on that. Do you have a pct plan in place? I personally wouldnt be running all those compounds for a first cycle. Test only is a good first cycle so you know how your body reacts to it. Do your self a huge favor and look into HCG, a proper pct plan, possibly dropping the winny and switch the proviron for arimadex. They can always be saved for a later cycle. Im not trying to put the gears to you but your cycle needs a bit of work for your own health and wellness

    Post cycle therapy. Compounds you take to aid in the recovery of your natrual hormones. It would be best to drop the tabs and start using an aromatise inhibitor. Read this, specifically #5 & #6, it refers to testosterone enthanate in it but your sustanon is fine too. http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...rst-cycle.html it will help you in the right direction so you know what questions to ask. its good your just at the beginning of your cycle so you have time to get your pct compounds

    Buddy you're asking a whole load of basic questions and if you're not careful you're in for some potential long term problems.
