Just out of curiosity, how strong are your GABAs? My endo says 800mg at bedtime, but I have 125s, which seem to help a bit. Haven't tried 800mg, tho.
And then there is the controversy about whether GABA is able to cross the blood/brain barrier. Not trying to hijack, just interested to see whether you or any of the other peeps interested in good sleep can advise to all our benefit.
