I've been dealing with shoulder joint pain for quite a while. I find that glucosomine definitely helps keep the joints less achy, even pain-free sometimes. My concern is that when I start my cycle in a few months, the rapid increase in weight I will be lifting will stress my shoulder to the point where I really do some major damage. A friend insists steroids are the best treatment to lubricate bad joints and swears that I will have little to no pain during my cycle. Is there any truth to this??
