Was just trying to be more exact because that shit is very calorie dense. If you guesstimate on that 4 times a day you could be eating 400+ more cals than you think a day.
I might just use the spray from the cans that have 0 calories and add olive oil after cooking to be more exact.
Not that I'm getting fat, I'm just obsessive. I eat more than 1000 calories above my supposed maintenance calories and am gaining minimal to no weight.
Roughly 4000+ a day. 350-400 tein 300-350 carbs and 70-100 grams of fat. I'm confused why my weight is stagnant. Going to cut that down real soon after tren is done. Doesn't move past 205.
