    You recovered well. THATS GREAT!!

Cause seriously your physique is amazing.
I couldnt even dream to have that physic.

Keep up that good work you are a model to follow.

    Good luck.

I appreciate the kind words brother..

I actually just started a cycle and trying to get this mass back that I lost. It really Fcked me up tearing that arm, I would have stayed lean for the summer but now I am bulking and will try this cut/show end of this year or beginning of 2015.

Ill be honest , being as lean as I was is not fun. I was exhausted and starving! I think half the reason I was miserable was tren. I cant sleep worth sh!t on that drug and doubt I will use again. If I was getting my sleep during that cut I am sure I would have felt much better!

I am thinking test npp and vat will be the only things I will run for it. With strict diet and cardio I bet I will look just as good.

Same here, as time goes by it wears on me and takes its toll. Glad to hear things are moving forward. Just becareful with the gear, it might mask some of the pain in your arm so dont over train....stay aware.

Everything was impossible until somebody did it!

    I've got 99 problems......but my squat/dead ain't one !!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

Yeah I'm starting sooner than i thought but honestly ive been going at it max weight without thought to it now . I'm cautious on curls and some pulls but I'm very impressed on how things are. At my 10 week check up the doc felt the tendon and did some tests and his exact words were ... Wow that's fuking beautiful! I was like I guess that's good. At that point he said go max weight on all press movements and move up 10% each week on curls and pulls..

    So far so good,

Back with my coach now on a bulk . Macros are 250p 350c and 55f with 1 Refeed and lower carbs on off days.
