    5mg Var vs. 10mg Var for a Female

    Hi!

    First and foremost, let me state that I AM A FEMALE. I haven't turned pink yet, and I don't want to accidentally receive the wrong advice!

    I added Var to my current cycle yesterday, and I'm debating whether to take it at 5mg or 10mg a day (split doses, obviously). Goals for Cycle: increase strength (not necessarily size), increase running speed, lower body fat, increase LBM, decrease time needed to recover so I can train 2x a day, and overall, become the best athlete I can be. I'm in the military, so I'm training to be deployed.

    Current cycle:
    - 100mg T3
    - 120mg Clen

    I'm currently taking 10mg of Var a day, in split doses of 5mg morning and 5mg night. Last time I checked, I had about 120 lbs of lean body mass. I haven't had my body fat checked in a while (gotta find the damn tester tomorrow haha) but I'm estimating between 23-25%.

    I'm eating super clean and training twice a day currently.

    What do you guys think? Thank you in advance!

    My wife just finished her 3rd cycle:

    25mg var daily
    125mcg T3
    150mcg clen

    Dropped from 114 to 107lbs.

    6 wks. Last 2 wks T3 & clen titrate down. Finished clen and var and continued T3 at 50mcgs for 2 wks and then discontinued.

    May run another T3 var cycle at end of year. Haven't decided. Labs this Friday.

    Does she see any male sides from 25? I just know the warnings everyone spouts...real experience is worth a billion warnings.

    So she was able to cut on 25mg? How were her strength improvements? Recovery time?

    You current dose of 5mg 2x a day looks good. If you haven't read it already this thread has some good information.

    No, only increased sensitivity but I wouldn't characterize that as a negative side effect.

    Product tested positive for var, not winni or dbol.

    She trains mostly cardio. Strength training is low weight, high repetition. She's a model so she was more interested in leaning out. Increased strength was not a priority. Most noticable areas were her abdominals, calves, and quads.

    As mentioned, she wants to run the cycle again. Typically I limit her to one per year. I'll evaluate her progress in October and decide if a second cycle is appropriate or hold off for a year.

    Just an FYI.....her first cycle was 10mg/d. We started low to see how she would react and assess any sides. Her biggest concern was the clitormegaly so 10mg was the safest starting point.

    The second cycle was 25mg.

    The third was 25mg and we added T3 and clen (as previously mentioned).

    If we do a fourth this year, it would be 25 mg var + T3. Uncertain about adding clen back in at this time.
