I added Var to my current cycle yesterday, and I'm debating whether to take it at 5mg or 10mg a day (split doses, obviously). Goals for Cycle: increase strength (not necessarily size), increase running speed, lower body fat, increase LBM, decrease time needed to recover so I can train 2x a day, and overall, become the best athlete I can be. I'm in the military, so I'm training to be deployed.
Current cycle:
- 100mg T3
- 120mg Clen
I'm currently taking 10mg of Var a day, in split doses of 5mg morning and 5mg night. Last time I checked, I had about 120 lbs of lean body mass. I haven't had my body fat checked in a while (gotta find the damn tester tomorrow haha) but I'm estimating between 23-25%.
I'm eating super clean and training twice a day currently.
