    - 2 heaping handfuls of raw spinach, chopped
    - 2 cans of tuna in water, drained
    - seedless cucumber, chopped
    - 2.5oz of cooked pasta

    8:00pm
    - Banana while driving to the gym - Best leg day to date, new PR's again!

    10:00pm my take on a deconstructed chicken Gyro;
    - 5oz chicken strips
    - 2 slices Ezekiel bread
    - sliced Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Jalapenos
    - 1/2 cup Homemade Tzatziki Sauce (0%F Greek Yogurt + Seasonings)
