I will do that. I have time to put together a plan before anything gets started. Back when I was doing this stuff, I weighed all my meals, tracked everything, did it all correct. So can you recommend the plan of action for the gear?

By the looks of it...you probably are just barely hitting tdee. It doesn't even look like 2000 cals to me.
