Is it better to do next cycle after 2 months?

Time on + PCT = time off. If you did a 12 week cycle then next cycle after 16 weeks off. If you dont wait it will get harder and harder to recover to the point you wont recover. One of the reasons many people are on HRT and they dont want to be.

Blood test is also always best before starting the next cycle.
