    Foam Roller

Anyone else use. I use it religiously on my whole body. Some days its pretty painful but I feel it keeps me pretty flexible

Hate it, but love it all the same. The night after legs, and the following day, really make it easier to walk. My whole back cracks, it is a must ha ve in my book.

foam rollers are the best thing invented good for warm up cool down and they do increase flexibility as well hold on a knot or tender spot for 15 to 30 seconds the more it hurts the better .I like it before leg day because static stretching decreases streangth and can't be having that before deadlifts

I use rumble rollers to spot treat really tight areas. Otherwise regular foam rolling is a daily occurrence. They make my muscles feel awesome and I like that I can kind of rehab/prehab myself esp IT band.

Enjoy it when I do it, and always do it when my back is in need of cracking of that lower back pump gets really painful between sets. It's hard to make a habit of though.
