First there was a lawsuit against Quest for the bars not having in them what the package said they did. Now as a very last resort I'll have one when I can't get a proper meal. If I'm cutting though they are not on the meal plan that's for sure.

I was trying to make a point.
The point I'm trying to make is that really, any sort of food processing degrades the food.
Just like I don't read those slick glossy body builder magazines,
I don't go for the slick glossy candy bars that are supposed to be good for me also.
These two things I just mentioned, the magazine and the candy bar, what do they have in common?
