It's not like obtaining those type of drugs at all. Rec drugs like heroin are both produced and distributed in the black market. So there is always going to be a relatively steady stream. A drug like HGH is rather difficult to produce and you have to get it from either somebody with an RX (who I'm guessing isn't going to get enough for a bodybuilder to use) or somebody who knocks off pharmacies. Now somebody might rob a few pharmacies here and there, but they're not going to be a reliable source. In otherwords, there has to be another way they're being obtained.

There is a black market for everything, including HGH. If you aren't aware of it or can't find it, oh well.
