I want to cut because my body fat is too high. I want to get it down to a good level so I can build back up properly, eating clean at TDEE. I don't have the type of body that easily loses fat so I want to get the cut out of the way as quickly as possible.
I've cut before and it was successful but I did not eat a lot and hardly lifted because I was weak. I don't want to go through this again. I want to lose it while still being able to eat a decent amount.
When I get bigger I still look like shit because of no definition. So I can't just start adding more mass because it's going to look like shit. I need to lose BF asap.
And yes first cycle.
