I doubt anyone will be caught using GH (since you'd have to be using shitty 192-A stuff or inject it the day of the test), but a handful will probably fail by testing positive for HCG. That's how most guys get caught.

Nobody tests positive for HCG because they meant to take HCG. They test positive because they were sold HCG labeled as HGH. This happens often, even to pro athletes.
