Zeez died because his weak heart (due to his condition) couldn't handle the copious amounts of drugs he was pumping into his system.

I'm 19 as well, we're much to young for steroids, I came on here with the idea of starting and realised quickly that it's a terrible idea, you're much better off waiting until you're older and you're finished developing in all areas of your body including your endocrine system.

Yeah with proper diet and decent genetics it's not hard but I can tell you dont want to put in the work of learning about real training and diet. Diet is 80% of it even with using aas if you want a successful diet.
