I bake my chicken at 275* covered for 3 hours then let it sit in the oven for a couple more to cool down slow. I season it with paprika, garlic salt, taco seasoning, black pepper, and onion powder. I freeze them warm and they are super tender and juicy when thawed out. I put them in my salad and just break them up by hand, they shred with no effort at all.
