So it's been a week. I have to admit it hasn't been easy. The most I can report is that I haven't noticed much in the way of a lifestyle change. While I don't exactly keep track of such things I've had sex with my wife just as often. No change in libido, erections, or orgasms. Basically, nothing has really changed at all.

My original goal was to go two weeks to see what happened and I will continue with my original plan. Just to update and close out this thread, I cracked yesterday. Because of overtime at work and other pressing issues the wife and I missed each other for two days and I couldn't take it anymore. So, in total, I made it 12 days.

I don't think there was much difference between life with porn and life without. After the first couple of days I really didn't think about much. I think in the future I'm going to try and limit the use of porn but I don't really see any reason to give it up completely.
