Here's a story for you Chicago, I personally know someone who went and got an Obamacare policy for $90 a month. He needed surgery, and got it. He is supposed to pay a hefty part of the bill but guess what, he has no intention. Guess who will pay that balance? The rest of us will. Meanwhile I pay well over $700 a month. Yeah.
