If E2 (Estrogen) is produced from Testosterone conversion, then any Testosterone will raise E2. (Cyp, Prop, Patches, gels, HCG, and Nebido)
However I have heard slow release esters such as Nebido will raise E2 less, due to less Testosterone spike.
From what I have read so far, the majority of Nebido users do not use AIs. And I will not use one.
