    I wouldn't panic yet. You're not far enough into the cycle to be reaping many rewards yet from the test, that should come around week 4 or 5. From what you described, makes complete sense that you'd be feeling tired and weaker after 3-4 days of poor diet, long work hours, and little sleep. Get some rest and I bet you'll feel great and ready to hit the gym hard again. Keep us posted and good luck! I wouldn't call myself a powerlifter, but I do use the big 3 as a gauge of overall strength so I can definitely respect the hard work that goes into that style of lifting. You should get some great strength gains out of this!

    As stated earlier...I definitely paid the price for the Thanksgiving break.

    Training Mon/Tue was not too great. Felt pretty weak.

    Wed was not so bad...felt like I was coming around.

    No sides...nothing at all.

    First impressions after Pin #6

    I think this may be where the journey really starts. I am late week 3, leading into 4.

    So I pinned Thursday morning, and was actually super excited about it? ha ha. By afternoon I felt much better than Mon or Tue.

    By late afternoon...Greasy, Greasy skin!! I felt the start of a zit or two around where I used to get them as a teen. And my face, forehead and back of neck are very greasy.

    Friday, greasy skin continues. As strange as it sounds, this actually excited me ha ha.


    Trained Friday...Felt unstoppable, absolutely amazing.

    Today, Saturday morning, more of the same. Just killed it in training, and felt amazing the whole time.

    Also...I want to **** anything that walks lately ha ha.
