I wouldn't panic yet. You're not far enough into the cycle to be reaping many rewards yet from the test, that should come around week 4 or 5. From what you described, makes complete sense that you'd be feeling tired and weaker after 3-4 days of poor diet, long work hours, and little sleep. Get some rest and I bet you'll feel great and ready to hit the gym hard again. Keep us posted and good luck! I wouldn't call myself a powerlifter, but I do use the big 3 as a gauge of overall strength so I can definitely respect the hard work that goes into that style of lifting. You should get some great strength gains out of this!
