Yeah man that routine is kind of difficult to read, just post your split and diet up. If you've just started your main focus should obviously be progressing on the big lifts, squats,bench, dead-lifts, military/clean press, should be the core of your workouts, just make sure your adding more weight to the bar or doing at least 1 more rep on those every week and you will grow, keep the isolation and machine lifts to a minimum for now. Start to get your strength up. Just don't over complicate things like a lot of people do. Make sure your getting your form down for all the compounds and getting your meals in.
