Thread: 18 years old, low test???

    Of course, i will go to the doc too, as i said. But i have a lot of time till then, and i want to have my own knowledge too, because doctors usually don't know very much about stuff (i experienced it already when i had problems with posture) so i ask here.

    Good to hear. Can you give us a little detail of what you suspect your condition is caused by and what you have learned so far?

    Well my nutrition is good, i lift, sleep 8-11 hours, smoke/drink very rarely, don't eat junk food, don't eat from plastic containers (except drink water from plastic bottle), don't stress a lot. So it may be hypogonadism (body just doesn't produce enough test)? Because if not lifting gains, i would definitely say i have low T. I will probably go for another blood test at another lab next week.

    P.S. that day when i got results from lab i had very shitty training session. Haven't had those in months. Placebo, huh?
