Is that elemental zinc? If so, that's an insanely high dose are definitely not recommended.

    Zinc oxide.

For example, Quest diagnostics uses a range of 50-150 for free T on their scale, so if you're 110 turned out to be free T and on a similar scale then your number would not be low at all. Before you do or change anything, you need to know that you have a curate info to work from. Either get the details on you're current blood work, get new blood work, or even do both, but don't do anything else without further confirmation from blood test results.

    I think total. Range is 286-802 ng/dl and i got 121 ng/dl.
How do i know if i don't produce enough testosterone, or it just gets converted to estrogen?
I've been doing very intense workout routine for last couple of months, so that could've increased my T, and it got aromatised due to my lack of zinc or other micros. Also i've been drinking lots of milk lately, and i googled some articles that it may increase estrogen.
There is a hard lump under my one nipple, i need help quick, i don't want to end up with full blown bitch tits!
Can it be reversed without surgery? If so, AI, SARMs or what should be used?

    That's far too much zinc.

The only way to know where your estradiol levels really are is to have some bloodwork done. Detailed bloodwork is absolutely needed to find out why your total T is so low, as it's quite abnormal.

You're not producing enough testosterone by a long shot.

Milk is not going to give you breasts.

How much zinc is needed to be used as AI then?
How fast does gyno develop? I don't wanna be late to treat it

It's not really a good idea to lower your E2 value without actually knowing what it is first. You need to have a baseline value.

Gyno takes time to develop. It's definitely not going to just show up over the course of a few weeks.

Seriously man, you need more bloodwork.
