exactly! you guys remember when he went after the Catholic church forcing them to provide contraceptives and morning after pill to their workers? this goes against their teaching and belief, and the only reason he backed down because he was challenged by a huge majority, and now the EWTN has files a lawsuit.

The phrase "In God We Trust" isn't related to any specific religion. Hell I have seen money from all over the world with that phrase or something to the effect to include Middle Eastern currency.


Most if not all of our forefathers were Deism which means God in Latin and combines a rejection of religious knowledge as a source of authority. They believed in God but not a specific religion and weren't guided by any religion.
