You might not be feeling well because of the Anastrozole. That stuff is notorious for making guys feel like shit if not properly dosed, and you may not even need it.

Nipple hardness isn't a common sign that your E2 is high. My nipples became very hard and I had some odd sensations once I began treatment, but my E2 is very low.

Or you just may be one of the many guys who don't respond well to transdermals. I'd give it some more time, and bloodwork, before making that determination though.

Thanks Chaf, i only took anastrozole this week , and feeling shit way before that. so im sure that not the reason.

i have decided to split my dose today and see how i go over the next few days- giving me less peak testosterone at any given moment- limiting E2 levels- i will also keep an eye on the nipple sensation see if it returns / keeps at bay with my new application regime.
