How often should i get blood work done?

So if any bloodwork indicates that i am fine on 250 mg test e EW and 0,5 mg adex E3D there would be no reason to bring in HCG or worrying about stagnation because of increased SHGB?

That's not really and option in my case since I am already on and not going of in the near future unless doc says otherwise
So are we talking every 3 month or ?
