I think that this blanket statement about "shoulds" is unwise. No one size fits all and this is common knowledge for anyone who is minimally experienced with TRT. As you later indicate, doses ought to be adjusted "accordingly" based upon blood work - and this applies to everyone.. What is "minimum"? In my view, there is no such thing. We all know it's all trial and error and this should be made very clear for any dosing advice given. Anything else is just opinion or suggestion - and to be responsible - ought to be indicated as such.
