I consider myself a newbie to steroids but from what I've researched I don't think these substances has any affect on your natural testosterone levels so the HPTA would be okay. Or would they not?
T3 doesn't discriminate between muscle tissue and adipose tissue (fat) so it is catabolic itself more or less, clen is fine but I'd recommend albuterol > clen because it has less sides and is safer as well as works through anabolic pathways helping you maintain muscle easier.

Awesome. Thanks for the reply. With doing enough research I figured Albuterol is most definitely favoured over Clen, although I am on a budget and couldn't work out what the pricing might be yet. I can get my hands on Clen pretty cheap, do you find albuterol to be more expensive or cheaper in comparison to clen.. Also another question, with Clen/albuterol's anabolic effects doesn't it cancel out T3's catabolic effects?..
