Spend money on blood work. This is before, during, and after. Treat yourself like a lab rat and this is your thesis paper.

Your diet is more important than the compounds. So many people focus on the stack when they totally skip the nutrition and diet. Focus as much or more on the diet.

Last but not least...do not get caught up in the minutia. This is not rocket science. People focus so much on details they feel are important and totally miss the forest because of the trees. KISS (Keep it simple stupid)
