Doing A HIT style of workout IMO(working opposing muscles/supersetting) is the say to go, obviously on a cut...which sounds what he's trying to achieve by his 6-7% bf!
I totally agree with this type of Intensity and program... It's how I went from 12% to 8%(or how I would go about cutting/& dropping bf%)!
