What's your age, experience, height, weight, and BF%?
And regardless of those, I wouldn't use SD. And that's coming from somebody that has run SD by itself (back before I ran real cycles and before my hrt). The back pumps alone are reason enough to NOT run it (ever know what it's like to break your back? For me, it was a similar feeling). Not to mention, the lethargy, the lack of sex drive, the high blood pressure and high RBC count. And it's hepatoxic too!
And I can't say for sure if the SD was part of the cause of it, but I didn't have thinning hair until AFTER I first ran that stuff.
