    Gotta eat, plain and simple. The hard part is eating enough, the bigger you are, the harder it is. I like to keep my fat calories up during a bulk because it is almost 2-1 calories, nuts, oils, more healthy fats, but don't shy away from butter and mayo. Just stay away from processed fast food crap, it doesn't have real substance.

    This advice is working well so far. Hopefully I can be consistent.
