    EQ cycle

So I have already posted once about this but wanted to get more details. I want to run a cycle geared toward conditioning, building my engine. I talked to my guy and I can get EQ. SO i want to run a EQ cycle. I have been reading that EQ will help with RBC and increase strength as well, sounds like a win-win for me. I compete in Crossfit and never get close to the podium due to my conditioning. I have the strength just not the engine, anyway I have seen a few other Crossfitters who shared there cycles and they almost all had EQ in them. One was this

    200ml test
    600ml EQ
    Split twice a week

Any advice here? I have heard EQ can jack your heart rate up, but with a lower dose say 400mg will this help? My biggest weakness is conditioning but I like the idea of still being able to add lean mass with EQ. The blood pressure worries me a little bit but I think I can take something to help with that. By the way this will be my 3rd cycle, I have done a test only cycle before and I am finishing one now.

Eq is garbage in my opinion ...better off running tes only. The only thing cool about eq is its name.

I am not a fan of EQ either. 600 ew is the dose needed to see anything from it but it's likely going to put your hematocrit up high

The endurance aspect is what I am going after, and that RBC will help that out.

Ok sorry bio. What about EQ= 0.00001 increase in muscle cells and 99.1% increase in rbc

You will have an rbc increase regardless and endurance? ???? What exactly do you think will happen? After your glycogen is depleted its time to think about wrapping up the workout. The compound reads better then the actual results unless you are a thoroughbred.

I see, so its just hyped up. I thought the RBC increase means more oxgen delivery which means I can go longer and faster.

All aas will increase your rbc...you wont be training any longer or harder using eq. I must say it does read well and I can see why it would seem appealing. When you are ready for a second injectable to stack there are better choices.

Are you mad ? High rbc means thicker blood which makes you heart work harder high bp ect ect.

If you want to build you endurance try the training mask. I have used it while training for tough mudders, and I feel it really helped me increase my cardio. I have heard people say it works or it doesn't. I feel it really worked for me. I plan on doing a couple tough mudders this year and I will use the Training mask again to prepare.

the mask with all the valves to simulate training at altitudes of up to18000 ft come with it. It simulates breathing at altitude. It forces your lungs to work harder by creating resistance. Which allows the avioli to epand, and work more efficiently.

Everyone will make fun of you, call you bane, but if you have thick skin I think you will see the difference. Try sprints, and do not allow your self to fully recover before you do your next sprint. Do this repeatedly until your sick. If you don't allow yourself to fully recover in between sprints your forcing your cardio system to work overtime, and to adapt to the greater work load.

if your not having problems with the strength part of the competition cut back a little on strength. Do enough to maintain, and really focus on taxing your cardiovascular system. If you push it past it's limit it will adapt, and overcome. Do this for a while and before you know it your cardio will be a strong point.

Don't forget to carry a tire and drag a chain up hill as well.

I have not carried a tired, but I have pulled sleds. Using parachutes while sprinting also helps build the cardio. Or if you can go out with a buddy use a harness so your buddy can hold you back while ssprinting.

I might be able to carry one of those small donuts used when you get a flat.

For that I would go with EPO personally. It is great for endurance. That with training and rest.

I can help you out with the EPO details if you decide I go that route. I've done it for the past 2 years racing endurance sports with great success.

Let me know if you have any questions.
