First PCT cycle

I was advised to do nolva 40/40/20/20 Clomid 100/100/50/50 For 4 weeks My question is what do I put the liquid in to measure it and, and is that millileters or what? Also do I only take the dosage in the morning or at night ?

I would take the pct meds at night and you would have to tell what your meds are dosed at pe ml to answer your question. You use a syringe to measure it though
