    Yeah i heard from an old timer in the gym to stop drinking that and get real food instead, I know if I said I have no time it will be an excuse, so yeah I am lazy and I would like to change that.
    So what will be the plan? bulk now or cut ? And no sadly I dont have the macros for the meals

    If your lazy then do not bother competing. I know that sounds harsh but the guys placing in those comps are not lazy. You need to cut
