antibodies hahaha, you mean tollerance... yes, in my case it happens very fast on tren, but if you take your time off, i.e 4+ months, you should be fine to run again. I usually start at 400mg EW and end up at 800, with even less sides at 800. but again, its not pharma tren so there's the possibility that I really start out at 200 and end up at 400. you never know, you simply have to adapt your dose to your body.
