The key to looking big is getting shredded, low body fat. Even skinny guys who never or hardly work out if they diet and get their body fat down to 8% look bigger than a guy weighing 30 lbs more and 15% body fat.

Jeff Seid's physique could easily be attainable natty. Dude is freakin tiny. Very little fat,yes. Also very little muscle mass.

In his defense, that is not a good picture. He is or looks bigger most of the time than in that picture. I'm not sure why they didnt have him get pumped a little first or use a different angle.

Yeah I know. Once I went to pick her up a few miles from home because the school bus had broke down and she called me. When I got there the bus driver called and asked the supervisor if it was OK I picked her up and they said to check my ID.
