I'm running clen right now and I'd advise dropping the pre workout stuff. I took adderall with 80mcg of clen the other day and my resting HR was around 95bpm. Just avoid taking it too close to your workout. As far as PCT, nothing is necessary. Some people taper down at the end of their cycle but plenty of others do not with no problems. 1 week on 1 week off sounds pretty short as the normal cycle is 2 on 2 off.
