    Just my experience...
    I am on 600mg test C / week.
12.5mg aromasin a day with food.
    Testosterone is 3426 ng/dl.
    E2 sensitive is 11 pg/ml.

    Last cycle 350mg test P / week plus 100mg test C / week.
12.5mg aromasin a day with food.
    Testosterone 3727
    E2 sensitive 9
I def dropped the ball using lstane a few years back when the school of thought was eod dosing was ok. I developed gyno late in my cycle and it just so happens Jimmyinkedups thread came out so I was at least able to learn the cause. I use adex now only because I stockpiled some pharmgrade and finances. I feel they are both effective when dialed in properly which I feel can be probably the trickiest aspect of cycling especially if you are somewhat e2 sensitive.

I agree that it's the most important part to a successful cycle(having that E2 in your sweetspot!

I started on Stane and since I've switched to a-dex as well and im much more balance(e2 seems so much more in check)... Pulling bloods in 3 wks so I'll post up my results!

And yes that write up by Jimmyinkedup was very informative! It's much harder to crash your E2 on Stane... As stated by Jimmy!
