You/they would have to use a little less carrier oil and you might end up with some pip due to the ba. Stronger the gear the more chance of it causing pain.

Yeah thanks to daylight savings time I ended up only getting about 5hrs sleep or a little less so I just got up and got some stuff done around the house for a few hours before having to come in to work another 12 hr shift.Up already!

That sucks! I've felt off all day too! And went to gym later than usual... But overall a good day!
