Yea I've been working out for years I'm trying to get used to this site. Get introduced and get advice.. Like I said I have been working out for years did a cycle of test and deca a few years ago without proper research and I didn't have any post cycle plans luckily I didn't have any problems. I had some problems and I've been out of the gym for over 17 months I'm starting back in it now and want to do the same cycle but I have some anadrol as well I just want some advice before I start on how to be safe and do the proper post cycle and how to use all three of those the most effective way..
