    weight: 168 pounds
    Body fat 13%
    Heigh just over 5 ft
    training exp - 17 months
    Goals are Aesthetic Lean body ( most goals of males my age and most ages )

    I'll let someone more experienced comment on your stats since I have no idea if being 168lbs at 5ft is possible naturally while being at 13% (from what I've seen anyway)

    In relation to the tren, if this is your first cycle you won't know for sure what problems which drug will cause as you'll essentially be using 3 different compounds. That's why a good idea is to run a test e cycle, then pct + time off and then if so desired on your next cycle add in more compounds.

    But to answer your question it's not uncommon practice to see dosages go from around 200 - 300mg of tren ace per week, which equates to about 50mg - 75mg eod. The side effects you get vary individual to individual and obviously dose dependent. Tren is a compound which even at minimal doses will provide great results as long as your training and diet are in check.

    At the end of the day, what you do is up to you. However we will advice you, and as such it is not a good idea to dive in at such a young age.

    However, assuming you want to gain knowledge then yes 500mg per week is fine for test e.

    But I highly insist you listen to lovbyts because he's been in the game for a long time and has seen it all.

    But this is my first Tren cycle, i have done a Test E Cycle before results were pretty shitty due to my test being high already, did gain 6kg about 1.5kg was water weight

    ALSO EOD? i know it means every other day, what is every other day exactly?

    EoD = M/W/F/S <--- week 1
    T/Th/S <---- week 2

    Sorry if I misunderstood, I assumed this was your first cycle.
    The test e cycle should have given good gains seeing as if you were to say hypothetically have around 500mg of test a week that'll throw your levels to the 3,000nl rather than what it is now naturally (high imo is probably 800-1,000).

    I suspect you didn't eat sufficient calories during the course of your cycle, hence the disappointment.

    A bit shocked you've already completed a cycle at 18 tbh. Not the smartest approach.

    Calories were up but was under alot of stress at the time so was burning through them like crazy
