In relation to the tren, if this is your first cycle you won't know for sure what problems which drug will cause as you'll essentially be using 3 different compounds. That's why a good idea is to run a test e cycle, then pct + time off and then if so desired on your next cycle add in more compounds.
But to answer your question it's not uncommon practice to see dosages go from around 200 - 300mg of tren ace per week, which equates to about 50mg - 75mg eod. The side effects you get vary individual to individual and obviously dose dependent. Tren is a compound which even at minimal doses will provide great results as long as your training and diet are in check.
