Hmmm.. May be there are more risks. But in order to succeed in life you have to take risks. People put millions of dollars at stake ? Why ? Don't they know they can lose the money? Ofcourse they know but the hunger to achieve something big something extraordinary motivates them to take risk and put everything at stake. This is the rule of jungle ,do or die. You can either be average or willing to take risks and rise above average and I don't wanna be average.
I get it! No one(on here) wants to be just avg! But you'd be surprised at the gains you can make w/a proper diet and hood training program... I was totally against juice for the longest time... But Ive had some setbacks but am back on track... I didn't cycle till about 28... Just be patient OP its marathon not a sprint!
Take a look in the diet and nutrition section/as well as the training section! Those guys will get you all dialed in! Just my .02!
i have read a lot about diet and training. I started bodybuilding at the age 18 so its almost 5 years i have been regularly going to gym. I was around 74kgs when i started bodybuilding and went to 90 kgs naturally with bodyfat same as i had 5 years back (so it was all muscle gain). But then no matter what i did i couldnt get past 90 kg. If i tried to increase my calorie intake i wasnt gaining much muscle past 90kgs but a lot of fat. So i thought this is my genetic limit of the amount of muscle i can gain with minimum fat. So what options i had from there? i wasnt satisfied with my physique so i thought juicing is the only option left for me now..
